That was incredibly beautiful and comfortable hotel set in good area, next to the common areas, and Close to all amenities shopping. All the staff was outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, solved my issues. Appreciated the room with a king size bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable

The staff at the front dest were very friendly. When we arrived we noticed that the hot tub was closed for renovations, this was one of the reasons that we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. We mentioned this to the staff. When we got to our room our television was not working. Brianne at the front desk offered us an upgraded room with a jacuzzi suite since the hot tub and tv were both not available and not working. I really appreciated this!

Had a super chill time during our vacation - the staff here were awesome and the location was perfect, close to shops and all that good stuff. Our room was a good size and that king bed was 👌.

Please get some better pillows.... They are much too soft and have no support. Not good for ones neck.
